Paperweight collectors and artists are invited to join the Foundation for the official opening ceremony at the museum as part of the biennial L.H. Selman Ltd. "Celebrate the Paperweight" weekend event on September 28-30. Friday's events will include a rare opportunity to experience the museum after hours for a private ribbon cutting reception and dinner with entertainment in the restored Chicago Stock Exchange Room. On Saturday attendees will enjoy a full day of artist presentations and a special artist-direct-to-client sales event including paperweights specifically created to commemorate this special occasion. THIS TICKET DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAY EVENING AT THE DRIEHAUS MANSION. (EVENT+2012)
