A large red star on white cane, with a small yellow cog at the center, is ringed by a complex multi-colored garland, encircled by a border garland of radial white twists spaced by alternating green and blue complex canes. Translucent amber ground. Good condition and rough pontil scar. Diameter 3 3/16".
