A lone dark green cog cane, with a white cross center, sits inside a garland of pink, green and blue ribbons, surrounded by a border garland of red, white and blue nested cog canes, each centered by a green cross, framed by the semi-circles of another pink, green and blue ribbon garland and a lighter-colored torsade.
