Very rare antique Baccarat red and white clematis with millefiori border garland miniature paperweight. Five ribbed white petals each cup a smaller smooth red petal and radiate around a central white star and red bull’s-eye cane to form a rare variation of the clematis flower. It is crowned by four spaced crenulated green leaves and blooms atop a short stem with a pair of opposing green leaves. A garland of blue arrowhead canes, in alternation with white cogs, encircles the bloom. Clear, star-cut ground. Fine condition. Diameter 2”.
