Antique Baccarat pansy and bud with millefiori garland faceted paperweight. A Type III pansy, with two large dark-purple upper petals and three black-striped purple-tipped yellow lower petals, has a white stardust/red bull’s-eye cane center. Three spaced green sepals emerge from behind the flower, as it grows on a thick green stem, with a purple and yellow bud and several green leaves. A complex millefiori garland encircles the pansy, with red and white crimped/star canes, alternating with white and red cog/bull’s-eye canes, over clear star-cut ground. Six and one facets.
