A beautiful lampwork spray, with a pink wild rose, three orange rose hips and three purple buds, all juxtaposed against a thick backdrop of pretty, yellow-veined, green leaves, floats within a clear ground encasement that has been wrapped in sand-carved leaves and roses, a diagonal front round facet giving view to the interior motif.   • Cathy Richardson 2011 “Forest Seed Fall Trees” double high-coned paperweight. Using a painted glass technique, three fire-colored trees rise from an opaque beige bulb at the bottom of a tall cone-shaped encasement, their roots showing along the outer periphery as they trace its interior walls. An additional three trees then trace the interior walls of a second encasement, creating depth and intensity. Signed/dated. Diameter 3 7/8”, height 5 15/16".
